Thank you for shopping with OrthoVue™. Below is our shipping policy.

1) Shipping Area

We offer free shipping nationwide.

2) Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

3) Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 7–9 business days through our trusted shipping partners.

4) Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

5) Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend it.

6) Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, customs, carrier delays, holidays, etc.).

7) Damaged Package / Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if possible. We’ll resolve it as quickly as we can.
