How to Start a Return

    • The item(s) you want to return

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we sent the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@yourstore.com] with photos, and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund).

Refund Processing Time

  • After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item/size, return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations
